Our Most Common Courses

First Aid training consists of three levels (Levels 1, 2 & 3), each offering a distinct curriculum.  These courses equip learners with the knowledge and practical skills needed to respond confidently to common medical and trauma-related emergencies.

Participants learn how to provide immediate, life-saving care for injuries and sudden illnesses until professional medical assistance is available.

Designed for workplace, home, and community settings, this training forms the foundation of effective emergency response.

Our First Aid courses are available as 1-day, 2-day, and 4-day programmes, with additional online learning options available.

This essential course equips participants with the knowledge and practical skills to prevent, manage and respond effectively to workplace fire emergencies.

Learners gain an understanding of how fires start and spread, fire safety principles, fire classes & the safe use of fire extinguishers, with a strong emphasis on prevention and preparedness.  The training covers fire safety planning, emergency roles, fire drills & basic first aid for burns, reinforced through practical exercises & where possible, live fire scenarios.

By the end of the course, participants are confident and competent to respond safely and in compliance with OHS and fire safety regulations.

Our basic fire fighting course is a 1-day programme.

This course provides a comprehensive introduction to workplace health and safety, equipping participants with the knowledge and practical skills to create and maintain a safe, legally compliant work environment.

Learners gain a clear understanding of the OHS Act, the role and responsibilities of SHE Representatives, hazard identification, inspections, incident investigations & safety documentation, as well as effective participation in safety committees.

By the end of the course, participants are confident to apply legal requirements in daily operations and promote a proactive, safety-first workplace culture.
